For warranty called in by end-user directly please make a copy of the sales receipt/invoice showing install or completion date and you as the original purchaser. Please present this to your authorized repair tech upon request if needed. The authorized service tech will then submit all the documentation for review. You will be contacted with the results within 2 - 3 Business days. Thank you, we appreciate your business. For non warranty services there is a service fee for us to come out to the job site. And any warranty call denied by the equipment manufacturer will have to be paid by the home owner or customer filling out this form.
